| It has been a busy summer so far. In mid June I exported pigs to Italy which was a first for me and the new owner - all very exciting!
I also announce new course dates for the Autumn.

| I have eventually finished my annual lambing marathon and am about to embark on the shearing! However I have finally put together some new course dates.

| A rather belated Happy New Year!
Just an update on the future Butchery Courses - the January course is fully booked but there are still places on the February & March Courses. There will be more courses from May onwards ,after I have finished lambing.
