BUTCHERY COURSES Would anyone be interested in doing a pig related butchery course?

Several different groups of people who have attended my Beginners Pigkeeping course have been asking about a butchery course.
They have now reared their first batch of pigs successfully and had them dispatched etc and now as part of the natural progression would like to rear another batch of pigs but would like to be able to cut up their own, make sausage etc.
Therefore I was wondering if there was any interest out there for me to organise such a course? Please contact me with your thoughts.
